Ronald Williams Coach
2015/2016 Age Group
Football has been a lifelong passion, inspired by my father, who was also a coach. I love the way the game fosters teamwork and courage, and watching young players embrace these qualities motivates me every day.
As a coach with three years of experience, I emphasize discipline, teamwork, and creativity. My philosophy is rooted in three core principles: control, passing, and movement. These fundamentals not only shape skilled players but also teach valuable life lessons.
Though I played football at the amateur level, my love for the game gave me the opportunity to study it deeply. Now, I aim to share that knowledge and passion with my players, helping them grow both on and off the field.

Annisha Abidh-Pankova Grassroots Coach (Ages 4 to 10)
Coaching wasn’t always in my plans—I envisioned myself as a soccer mom, cheering from the sidelines. Today, I’m fortunate to be both, and nothing brings me greater joy than seeing the smiles on kids’ faces as they arrive at practice.
As a grassroots coach, I focus on more than just teaching soccer skills. My goal is to instill values that will serve my players on and off the field. I emphasize teamwork, mutual respect, and the importance of good sportsmanship. Whether we win or lose, I want every player to understand the value of supporting one another and carrying themselves with integrity—both as athletes and as individuals.
Helping young players grow their confidence and love for the game is truly rewarding, and I’m honored to be part of their soccer journey.

Andrew Douglas Coach
2014 Age Group
As a former player for St. Vincent at both the youth and senior levels, I’ve had the honor of earning 23 caps with the national team and competing in tournaments such as the Digicel Caribbean Cup, World Cup Qualifiers, and the Windward Islands Cup.
My core principle as a coach is instilling discipline both on and off the field. I strive to pass on the lessons I’ve learned throughout my playing career, helping my players develop into future World Cup and Champions League stars.
Currently, I’m working toward my B License to continue growing as a coach and to better guide the next generation of talent.
